Returns & refunds

We cannot accept returns of living stock. Please get in touch with us at wyplants@gmail.com to chat through your options.
Please be aware that all deliveries are sent with 'authority to leave'. If there is nowhere safe for your order to be left, please make sure someone will be home to receive your items.
If there is nowhere safe for us to leave your order and no one is at home your order will return to Wy Plants HQ. Re-delivery can be arranged for a $15 fee.
Wy Plants will not take responsibility if incorrect delivery details are supplied. The customer must ensure the correct details have been given. If you need to change your details please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our very best to change them for you.
If there are any concerns about the condition of your purchase please email us at wyplants@gmail.com with photos showing any problems within 7 days of receiving your items. Customers are are entitled to a refund or replacement if the item is faulty, within their consumer rights. Refunds can only be credited using the original method of payment.
